To make things more convenient for you, we accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, and Interact. Importantly, you should know that we offer professional, high-quality dental services at the most reasonable cost to our patients.
For this reason, we ask that payments be made upon completion of your appointment unless you have made previous arrangements with our office. For any concerns about status of your account or bills you have received, you can contact our office at (204) 560-4500 to speak to a member of our team and clear up any possible misunderstandings you may have.
It is important to note that you are solely responsible for all fees charged to you for any procedures performed during your appointment, regardless of whether your insurance company covers it or not. Rest assured, estimates and/or insurance pre-authorizations will be verified and completed before any major treatment is initiated.
Generally, most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks after we bill your procedure to them. Thus, we will send you a monthly statement that should reflect the payment received by your insurance company as well as any outstanding amount that was not covered.
Please ensure that your statement does not contain any inconsistencies. For example, if you notice that your statement does not include a payment made by your insurance company, please, call our office so we can rectify the situation.
If a monthly payment plan sounds more convenient to your financial situation, we can set this up for you. However, please note that arrangements for monthly payments must be established prior to the procedure that is to be billed.
