As well, prior to your initial visit to our office, please, call and discuss any questions you may have about providing insurance documents or how we work with you and your insurance company to maximize coverage for your visit. 

Finally, when you come to your initial appointment, please, bring your insurance information so we are able to expedite the reimbursement process.
