Madison – Office Manager
As the Practice Manager at Aura Dental Centre, Madison ensures the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently each day. With a strong focus on organization and patient care, she plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every visitor. Madison values the relationships built with patients and enjoys making meaningful connections through friendly, day-to-day conversations.
Outside the office, Madison loves spending time with her son and soaking up the outdoors—especially swimming and relaxing by the lake.
Madison is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes patient comfort and care, and she looks forward to helping every individual feel at home at Aura Dental Centre.
Kelly- Registered Dental Assistant
I'm Kelly. I truly enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. My goal is to make every appointment as smooth and stress free as possible. whether I'm assisting during procedures, taking x-rays, or helping explain treatment plans
I take pride in staying organized, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and being a supportive part of our dental team. Building trust with patients is extremely important to me, and I always aim to create a calm and friendly environment
outside of work, I enjoy art, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jared- Registered Dental Hygienist
My goal during every appointment is to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I like to keep things light but also make sure you fully understand what’s going on with your oral health. Every appointment is a two-way street—I’m here to share what I see and offer guidance, but just as importantly, I’m here to listen and answer your questions.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and boxing. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Ralph- Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi there! I received my Dental Hygiene diploma in 2018 and have been working alongside Dr. Bains ever since (talk about loyalty!). I’m passionate about educating our patients on proper oral hygiene and always prioritize your comfort and individual needs.
I’m known for keeping things light during appointments—if you hear someone laughing in the office, it’s probably me (usually at my own jokes!). I'm always ready to help and strive to make your dental visit as positive and enjoyable as possible.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my family, friends, and four fur babies—my cats, Ming and Morty, and my dogs, Milo and Max. During the summer, you’ll find me hiking Manitoba’s many beautiful trails, and in the winter, I love to hit the slopes on my snowboard.

April- Administrator
April is an experienced Dental Administrator with over five years of dedicated service supporting both dental teams and patients. She brings expertise in scheduling, insurance processing, and optimizing administrative workflows to create a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out. Outside the office, April enjoys expressing her creativity through music and singing. She enjoys getting to know patients, and she is looking forward to seeing you at your next appointment!
Harshdeep- Administrator
Harshdeep is a dedicated Dental Office Administrator with a solid foundation general office administration. She completed her specialization in Dental Office Administration in 2024, building on her earlier Office Administration qualification from 2019.
Originally from India, she now calls Winnipeg home. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active at the gym, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Most of all, she values spending quality time with family and friends.
